Stacey Pierce:  Owner/Trainer

She is graduate of Cazenovia College with a Bachelors in Equine Business Management. While attending Caz, she competed as a member of the college’s prestigious intercollegiate equestrian team. Following her education Stacey continued to teach and train throughout central Connecticut. Stacey values the safety of horse and rider. She takes pride in working with both horses and their riders to achieve goals personally and competitively. 

 Shana O'Connor:    Barn Manager/ Assistant Trainer

Learning to ride at the young age of 6, Shana has been an active competitor in the show world. In 2007 she joined the Jumpers Academy team and went on to win many awards and championships.  In 2017 she emerged from her "behind the scenes" role to a full time management position.  Along with her important role of mangement Shana can also be found in the ring teaching and coaching from the side lines. She and Stacey work closely together as a team to help all our riders and competitors grow.
